How is the price worked out?
It's a simple hourly rate. We suggest a number of hours based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and any extras, and you can adjust it.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. With regular cleans you keep the same cleaner. If they're away we'll offer a cover cleaner, or you can skip that visit.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You can reschedule, pause or cancel from your account. Changes are free up to [24 hours] before a visit.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
